RED WING, Minn. — First-responders hoisted a fallen hiker to the top of He Mni Can-Barn Bluff after falling down an embankment from a walking trail. The hiker was taken to the Red Wing hospital and reported in good condition. This was about 2 p.m.
Hiking park. The bluff is 350-foot mound inside the Red Wing city limits. Panoramic views up and down the Mississippi navigation channel and across the backwaters into Wisconsin.
