HAMMOND, Minn. – A 9-year-old Lake Citu boy was taken to a hospital, apparently with non-serious injuries, after the car in which he was riding, struck a cow. This was about 6 p.m. at State Highway 63 and County Road 70 northwest of this Wabasha County hamlet on the Zumbro River.
