WINONA, Minn.— A student was trapped on an elevator between the 10th and 10th floors of the Sheehan dorm at Winona State University and late for class. Firefighters manually opened the door and helped the student out. This was about 9:30 a.m. – the latest fire call because of stalled campus elevators this year.
