WINONA, Minn. – An unpleasant mix of freezing rain, snow and strong winds will blast through southeast Minnesota beginning about dawn. The storm is expected in Winona about 2 p.m. and may be add an inch of snow to existing accumulations. Expect glare ice, the National Weather Service said. Wind gusts capable of knocking down power lines and tree limbs are possible, forecasters said.
