LACRESCENT, Minn. — A LaCrescent man was arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct for an ongoing relationship with an under-age teenager. Kevin Arthur Humfeld, 36, was taken into custody at his residence in LaCrescent. He was booked at the Winona County jail about 3:40 p.m. His recent jobs inclde pizza delivery. He holds a certficate in auto-body repair from Winona Tech and and in farm management from Western Tech in LaCrosse. Over years he has lived in Caledonia, LaCrescent, Minnesota City and Rushford.
