ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man who ignored doctor’s orders and checked out of a Rochester hospital on his own has been found dead in a nearby garage. Thomas McElroy, 43, had been seen last on December 27 about 4:30 a.m. He went into the streets not dressed for the weather. He had been missing 127 days.
