ROCHESTER, Minn. – In another change in signals from the Trump campaign, Friday’s late noon event at Rochester airport will be general admission. Apparently, though, there will be a 250-person max to comply with Minnesota COVID rules. An earlier revision in plans said the event would be invitation-only but that has changed to first come, first served. Registration was open with mobile phone numbers limited to two tickets. Admission begins at 4 p.m., the event at 5.
