MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – Peter “Pete” Fedorko, 70, of Minnesota City, an advocate for people with disabilities, died at home. He worked with the Winona city government to obtain handicap accessible buildings and sidewalks. He graduated from Rochester Junior College and also from Winona State University in psychology. He was on the committee that installed handicap accessible fishing piers at Whitewater State Park. He was a member of the Rochester Disabilities Group.
