LACROSSE, Wis. – The man who was shot and killed at a downtown bar early Saturday was a greeter who was holding the job while waiting to be inducted into the Navy. He was Anthony Fimple, 19, died of head wounds about 9 a.m. at the Gundersen hospital emergency room. He had held his job at LaCrosse Bierhaud since being graduated from Central High in 2019. He worked summers at WisCorps in LaCrosse.
