MINNEAPOLIS – The UCare health insurance provider for 600,000 Minnesotans recognized Winona Health with blue ribbons as an early innovator in improving patient outcomes through a value-based healthcare model. A citation was presented at the annual UCare excellence conference. In all, 22 hospitals and clinics were recognized in a broad range of categories.
