BURNSVILLE, Minn. – A six-officer police delegation from Winna drove to Burnsville for three officers who died two weekends ago in an extended shoot-out. Officers from throughout the region were in attendance in full-dress uniform. Leading the Winona presence were Sheriff Ron Ganrude and Deputy Police Chief Jay Rasmussen.
Blue roses. Four-thousand were distribted to mourners.
