WINONA, Minn. — The Minnesota Department of Health reported Winona County’s 21st COVID-19 related death. The person was between 75 and 79 years old. The department doesn’t identify victims in further detail in its reports. Meanwhile, 39 new cases were reported in the county, raising the pandemic total to 1,760.
