WINONA, Minn. – A New Richmond, Wisconsin, woman, Ashley Jo Gillespie, 32, of was arrested and referred for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a collision in the 850 block of West Burns Valley Road. Police said Gillespie struck a parked vehicle. She admitted to being a “little buzzed” from drinking earlier in the evening, police said. A “little buzzed”?  At the jail she blew a .28% on a state-certified breath test – 3-1/2 the egal max for driving. The arrest was about 6 p.m.
