ST. CHARLES, Minn. — A man whose car was struck by train and pushed several blocks along the Winona County fairgrounds, suffered only minor injuries, according to witnesses. “A miracle,” several said. Arriving on-scene, first-responders immediately called for a med-evac helicopter. The driver, an 88-year-old man from six miles down the track in Dover, was ambulatory.
