HOLMEN, Wis. – Usually the Festival super-grocery cart is on parade duty, but in the fall it’s part of the grocery chain’s kid-oriented 27th annual Pumpkin Blowout. This weekend the cart was on duty at the year-old Holmen store. There too was a petting zoo, free face-painting, and amusement inside a colorful inflatable.
