ROCHESTER, Minn. – The driver of a stolen car rammed a police car and kept on going. Police gave pursuit. The driver knocked over a stop sign, hit another vehicle, ran several red lights, and drove through a front lawn. Rather than jeopardize public safety, the pursuing officers backed off. A few blocks away, officers found the car. Heroin was inside.Also brass knuckles. They arrested Parker Atherton, 20, of Rochester. . The incident began about 8:20 p.m. on Silver Lake Drive and ended in the on the 300 block of Seventh Avenue zNorthwest. Nobody was seriously hurt, but one officer reported neck and back pain
