DRESBACH, Minn. – A La Crosse man managed to get out of his car after a roll-over on Interstate 90 but was struck and killed by a second car. The State Patrol said that Laval Robinson, 37, of LaCrosse, had lost control of his 2011 Chrysler 200 on the westbound lanes and crossed the median and rolled into the eastbound lanes. He exited the car but was struck by an oncoming vehicle. He died outright. Neither person in the second car, a 2013 Ford Fusion, was hurt: Alexis Taylor Poff, 18, of LaCrosse, the driver, and Synclare Patricia Mavin, 18, of LaCrosse. Robinson had been alone in his car. The accident was about 8:05 p.m. just south of Dresbach.
