WHITEHALL, Wis. – A Rochester man arrested in Winona after a 98-mph police chase was returned to Trempealeau County, where the chase began. District Attorey John Sacia threw the book at Jeremy Scott Martin, 36. The charges:
> Stalking.
> Attempted burglary.
> Three counts of domestic abuse.
> Taking a vehicle.
> Fleeing law enforcement.
> Damaging property.
> Disorderly conduct.
