OSHKOSH, Wis. – Police raided an Oshkosh house looking for a teenager wanted in a fatal shooting 20 miles away at an Appleton suburban mall, but he wasn’t there. Four people in the house weretaken into custody. Wanted as a person of interest was Dezman V. Ellis, 17. Police said Ellis should be considered armed and dangerous. He was believed deriving a 2012 blue Dodge Avenger with a Wisconsin places AHP-7939.
