WINONA, Minn. — A Winona woman is averaging almost one police sop a month for driving with a revoked license. This time a police officer on patrol recognized Ashley Ann Johnson, age 32, and made a stop near King and Lafeyette streets. It was her fourth stop for the same offense so far this year, police said. There also were pre-2026 stops.
