WINONA, Minn. – A Wisconsin fugitive leaped out a bedroom window when Winona police showed up at the front door with an arrest warrant. Brandon Dean Ottum, 38, of Arcadia, didn’t get far. Police found him in a backyard and cuffed him without further resistance. This was about 1:40 p.m in the 50 block of West Broadway.
Ottum. Wanted back in Wisconsin on drug charge.
