ROCHESTER, Minn. – Police found a woman’s body deep inside a culvert in southeast Rochester and suspected it was that of a woman missing almost two weeks. Items belonging to Alice Dobmeier, 34, were next to the body, police said. Officers found no indications of foul and assured the public that the likelihood of a marauding murderer was remote.  An autopsy was ordered. The body was in a culvert by a retention pond on 25th Street East off Broadway Avenue South.
