UTICA, Minn.—A Utica woman, Missie Ann Martinez, 48, was arrested by deputies after a domestic disturbance report. Martinez had been in a physical altercation in the 32000 block of County Road 29, deputies were told. The victim claimed being fearful of bodily harm. No injuries were reported. This was about 12 a.m.
