WINONA, Minn. – A Wisconsin couple was arrested after power tool batteries and candy were stolen from from the Fleet Farm super-hardware. Store personnel said that Donald Edward Norberg, 41, of La Crosse, and Amanda Jane Colyer, 40, of Onalaska, walked out of the store and drove off. This was about 8 p.m. Police caught up with them. They confessed, police said. The store reshelved the items.
