LACRESCENT, Minn. – Responding to a report of a driverless car parked with its engine running at the Apple Blossom overlook, deputies found a LaCrosse woman, Ka Blia Her, 22, drunk and asleep at the wheel. This was about 1:45 a.m. Deputies said a blood-alcohol measuring device tested Her at 0.11%, roughly 1-1/2 times allowable limits. Her was helped into a squad car and driven to tue Winona jail. Yes, the deputies turned her engine off first.
