WINONA, Minn. – Police arrested Jada Victoria Anne, 43, of Winona, after a fight over the use of a vehicle. The arrest was in the 100 residential block of Mankato Avenue about 5:45 p.m. The pending charge: Domestic assault with (fear and harm and also second-degree assault. Police said the victim sustained a small head wound.
