WINONA, Minn. — A Winona man, Hunter Matthew McCutchen, 25, was arrested regarding a domestic abuse no contact order. Police said that McCutchen was in the 650 block of West Sarnia Street with the person who had obtained a court order to stay away. The arrest was about 7:30 p.m.
