A last hurrah for short sleeves

WINONA, Minn. – The day dawned crisp in the Coulee Region after a respite from overnight frost. Weekend highs eased gently into the mid-70s. Pavement was dry the whole distance of U.S. Route 61 from New Orleans to St. Paul.
