WINONA, Minn. — A cliff-climber at Sugar Loaf reported his high-end remote-control Axial toy car had been stolen while he was climbing. He had left the toy at the base of Sugar Loaf rather carry it to the top. He valued the car at $2,300. The theft was reported about 8:20 a.m.
