WINONA, Minn. – A customer at a West Side Kwik Trip, at Fifth and Orin streets, reported being hit by another vehicle. With surveillance video, police identified a vehicle that had parked too and scratched the other vehicle backing up. This was about 12:40 p.m. Police were seeking the driver.
