WINONA, Minn. – Firefighters found drivers still inside their vehicles when they arrived at a three-vehicle collision at Highway 61 and Pelzer Thursday evening. Two drivers needed to be extricated from their vehicles. A few more vehicles sustained minor damage but with no injuries, firefighters said. Firefighters secured the vehicles by removing their batteries or battery cables. Leaking fluid was also cleaned from the pavement.
