ROCHESTER, Minn. – A judge set bail at $800,000 for a man arrested for a shooting involving a parental child visitation meeting in northwest Rochester over the weekend . At the bail hearing Exavier Porter, 32, of Forth, Texas, was formally arraigned on a charge of dangerous weapon in a drive-by incident.
