Just drive to the bank branch parking lot at 840 Mankato Avenue from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and wait for a volunteer to unload papers you want to throw away. It’s free for customers and noncustomers alike, the bank said. Caveats: No garbage. No moldy papers.
