HAYWARD Wis. — The Wisconsin Tavern League went to court for an emergency order for bars and restaurants to be allowed to be open fully despite the coronavirus pandemic. The suit claims that Governor Tony Evers’ limit on indoor capacity is unfair. Evers has a 25%of occupancy cap on businesses and public gatherings.
