WINONA, Minn. – Cotter Schools is placing its stamp one by one on the buildings it’s acquired in recent years on the old College St. Teresa campus. With the $5 million purchase of the Tau and Maria dorms, announced last week, Cotter has the dominant presence on the 70-acre S. Teresa campus.
