LACROSSE, Wis. — A firefighter rescue ream used ropes and pulleys to hoist an injured bicyclist down a bluff after he lost control on a trail. The man was halfway down the bluff. He was taken to a hospital. This was about 5:45 p.m. on a trail in Hixon Forest up Quarry Road. Thirteen people were in the rescue team.
