WEST ALBANY, Minn. – An Albert Lea motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries when his Harley Davidson left the highway and crashed. Kenn Alan Registe, 70, was taken 37 miles to a Rochester hospital in touch-and-go condition, said a Wabasha County deputy. Registe was not wearing a helmet, the deputy said. The accident was about 4:50 p.m. at Highway 60 and County Road 4. This roughly is midway between Wabasha and Mazeppa. Registe was westbound toward Mazeppa.
