LAKE CITY, Minn. – A two-vehicle collision injured tqo passengers, both from Zumbrota, in one of the cars. Robert Richard Tri, 75, and Peggy Lee Tri, 72, were taken to the nearby Lake City hospital with sustainable injuries. They were in a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 driven by Kati Ann Tri, 44, of Pine Island, who was unhurt. The accident was about 1:30 p.m. at U.S. Highway 61 at Borners Court just south of Lake City. No one in the other car, a 2018 Cadillac Escalade, was hurt: Ross Lyle Mattke, 73, of Lake City, the driver, and Margaret Lynn Mattke, 69, also of Lake City. Police said both vehicles were heading south out of Lake City toward Wabasha.
