SPRING VALLEY, Minn. – A Spring Valley motorcyclist was inured critically in a rear-ending accident on North Broadway Avenue. Taylor Anthony Roe, 27, of Spring Valley, was taken 29 miles to a Rochester hospital. First-responders called Roe’s injuries life-threatening. He was on 2003 Harley-Davidson, traveling without lights and without a helmet, police said. Alcohol was a factor, police said. The driver of the second vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Impala, was Alexander William Kimelman, 26, of Rochester. He was unhurt.
