MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – A motorcyclist blew a tire and crashed on Highway 61 near Bass Camp Lane. Devin James Hirsch, 22, of Farmington, was taken to the Winona hospital with head injuries and a bruised shoulder, neither of which appeared life-threatening. He was not wearing a helmet, deputies said. The accident was about 6:25 p.m. He was headed north astride a 2022 Roke RS.
