LACROSSE, Wis. –Police identified the man found dead in the Black River behind Powerhouse Marine on Logan Street. The body was was that of Dayton K. Anderson-Teece, 27. The body was in open water. Police were summoned to the area about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday after a witness noted a single set of footprints on the ice that led to the open water.
