WINONA, Minn. — The Winona School Board wants public input to update goals and strategies for reaching them. An elaborate plan for people to voice their thoughts has been created with a survey, listening sessions, and focus groups. Gail Gilman of the Minnesota School Boards Association, who developed the process, invited questions. The survey is online.
Sessions will be virtual over Zoom.
Listening sessions
> March 1:7 a.m.
> March 1: 6 p.m.
> March 3: 12 noon.
Focus groups
> Senior citizens: March 1, 1 p.m.
> Post-secondary leaders: March 1: 2:15 p.m.
> Business, city, county, state leaders: March 3: 3:30 p.m.
