WINONA, Minn. – Police located lumberjack Bruce Reed’s stolen Bobcat skid-steer loader on the East Side over the weekend. Informants tipped police to where it was at. Asked for details, Chief Deputy Jay Rassmussen said it all was “good old-fashioned fine police work.”
