WINONA, Minn. – A man with a Front Royal, Virginia, address in his driver license, Jason Hoff, 38, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he was involved in a minor two-vehicle accident at the stoplight-controlled Highway 61 and Huff Street intersection. The accident was about 11 p.m.
