WINONA, Minn. – The owner of a pickup camper said that someone broke inside sometime in the past several weeks. The vehicle was parked on Mark Street near the Amtrak depot. A window was pried open. Nothing appeared missing, although a table had been flipped over, the owner told police. The incident was reported about 8 a.m.
