WINONA, Minn. – A car climbing Garvin Heights Road blew a coolant line and spewed coolant 400 feet down the steep road. No one was hurt. The stalled car blocked the road. This was about 12:30 p.m. Firefighters flushed the slick off the road and encouraged police to restrict traffic until the flushing liquid evaporated.
