ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester motorist escaped serious injury when she ran off the northbound right side of Highway 52 and into a ditch. The State Patrol said Ashley Nicole Louks, 22, was driving a 2018 Dodge Charger. The accident was about 3:20 a.m.
