WINONA, Minn. – Winona Sate had fewer new new cases of coronavirus on campus in the week ending December 13, the university reported. There were 11 new cases, compared with 18 the week before. In all there were 19 cases active on campus. Nineteen students are quarantined. Twenty-four are in isolation. Since tracking began August 24, there have been 614 cases.
