WINONA, Minn. – Winona State had 18 new positive cases of COVID and a current total of 27 for the week ending December 6, the university reported. The new cases reflected an increase from the week’s nine new cases and a total of 22. Even with the increase, the campus remained at the state’s yellow safety level, which indicates that transmission levels are beginning to tax campus resources.
