WINONA, Minn. – Winona ORC has received $55,000 from the Bremer Foundation to provide virtual job coaching for clients with disabilities. Heidi Smith, executive director, said that clients will be loaned digital devices for services that ORC typically offers on-site. The devices will permit clients to work on vocational skills, even as they stay safe at home, she said.
